They are not linked. They are pulling information from the credit file, not from other parts of the business.

  • The APR on my loan was massive...sure it was like 84% surely haysto would of had this sussed before getting my AIP there will have been alot of people on this thread with high interest loans surely
  • So Bluestone have come back & apologised to broker for issuing an AIP given they’d already rejected us & subsequently withdrawn the AIP based on the credit spring issue. My broker has also apologised to me but still thinks he can help.

My advice is if you ever think about getting a credit spring loan to rebuild credit . DON’T.. It should have a warning telling you that you could severely hamper your chances of ever getting a mortgage if you take out a credit spring loan.

It wasn’t closed until this week .. I believe it was because it was taken out with in the last 12 months. April last year.  From what I can gather if you’ve taken out a high interest loan more than 12 months ago you should be fine. So in May I’ll be fine.  sadly thats no good to me.

Baffles me though. DMP’s, IVA’s, CCJ’s all ok, even missed mortgage payments,( I’ve had none of these by the way) but paid in full high interest loan with no defaults big NO NO .🤷‍♂️
  • We got our offer through today!! I’m in actual disbelief, I think I still won’t believe it until I physically have the keys!

Has anyone experience of the conditions they put  on the offer…. For example ours says ‘solicitor to confirm they will pay the following debts upon completion FOREST KING’ Forest King is who my IVA was with put I paid this off in November so a little confused??

This forum is a life saver by the way xxx

Just give the solicitor evidence to show it has been paid off. That will be fine.
