IVA finished but still PPI claims ongoing 7 years later

Ok so I need some advice 
I finished my IVA in 2013 , the original 5 year IVA plus another year due to property equity.

Now since then I have had no confirmation the IVA is finished . They are claiming back my PPI payments , which is still ongoing 7 years after completing the original IVA I'm sick of it now, I'm not actually getting anything , not even the 8% interest as the IVA company take their fees off this so it ends up about 30% of the interest amount. I had one recent claim accepted by the RBS group for over £8k but they paid it straight off their debt on the IVA so they never actually paid the 8% interest . Another with Barclays 5 months ago bit not heard anything from the IVA company.

Is there anything I can do regarding getting this closed out  . I just want it to be over now , it's been 13 years since I started the IVA. I committed to 6 years , all paid off with no issues .

If I went to the Ombudsmen would they consider the length of time this has been going on. When I concluded my IVA is actually said " in full and final payment of the IVA", but it wasn't . All I want is a completion cert .....

I think they can issue a completion certificate for the IVA, as long as there's an agreement in place re the PPI and obliging you to cooperate with the claim. First off I'd put a complaint in to the IVA company themselves, then follow https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insolvency-practitioner to escalate it
