I use Curve in this manner as well - it's not a truly disposable card number in the manner that OP is looking for, but it does provide a level of obfuscation between a dodgy merchant and your actual card details. Otherwise as mentioned above, freezing/unfreezing a card via online banking would probably also be a good easy way to give yourself a bit more protection.born_again said:But have you thought of using Android Pay or Apple pay.
