As above Richer Sounds .Have you gone down the Consumer Rights sticky re your broken TV .1

If it has to be Argos buy a 49" Samsung for £349 rather than £399 for a 55"!
The 49" uses 80 watts of power and the 55" 110 watts of power saving you 27% on running costs.

This ... how much was the Sony? Have you informed the supplier and given them an opportunity to provide a remedy? (Repair, replace, refund - partial due to time of ownership). if yes, what did they say?JJ_Egan said:Have you gone down the Consumer Rights sticky re your broken TV .
If you paid £400 for the Sony, then after only 16 months I'd expect you to get at least £250 refund.1 -
I tried curry.. They told me to ring Sony..
Would like to get some money back.. If I ring them I can't get to a customer service0 -
Richersounds are pretty competetive with pricing, and have good warranty.0
