HolidayExtras Travel Insurance

So i was due to get married in India on April 8th.... I have annual travel insurance cover through Holiday Extras (Bronze).
The flights were booked in early jan and i have had the policy since mid jan.
We have found out today that India is now not cancelling visas including from UK due to coronavirus.
I haven't been able to get through to the insurance company but is there any hope that this may be covered as the country we were planning to go to won't let us in!
The flights were on emirates. I also paid on credit card so not sure if this will help me recover some money?

We don't know what your policy covers. You will either need to read it again or keep trying to contact the supplier. I doubt a credit card will help. The flights are available to use so the airline has done nothing wrong.1

I read the policy but unfortunately cannot see anything about it.... am waiting to try and get through to the company. thank you0
