Barclaycard apology letter

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had this letter sent from barclaycard?
Strange as the card has been closed down for a while now, but at the time I was struggling to make the payments due to my circumstances at the time and I rang them to try and figure things out but they were not very helpful at all.
