Draughty sliding doors

Hi, can anyone offer advice? We’ve been in our new build home for 2 years now and have large sliding doors in our living room and bedroom. The trouble is they are very draughty along the bottom, our bedroom in particular is freezing cold. In the first year of being in the house we had the window guys out once to try to fix it but it was summer by the time they came out and it was difficult to judge whether they were draughty then so anyway cut to being 18 months down the line and I’ve decided to try to get them sorted again.
Window guy came out today, he tightened the ‘screws’ that the sliding door ‘houses’ into when closed, he said they were left out too far, so when we close the door now it’s a tighter fit. But there is still a considerable draught coming from underneath and the guy said there’s really nothing else that can be done??
He’s agreed to come back next with with help to lift the doors off and have a go at sorting it but can they just say ‘sorry we can’t do anything else’?
The windows are guaranteed for 10 years with this firm and the guy who came out today is part of the same team who fitted them.
Windows are supposed to be airtight right??
Tia xx

I would certainly expect new doors to be virtually draught free at least. It can be difficult to make sliding doors totally draught free because the seals move along each other rather than closing onto, and compressing, each other.

My large sliding leak, the major problem is the brush seal between the upright was chewed up & came out then got lost, been looking for a replacement for years but no luck, tried all sorts of things but no luck
.
things for you to check is it the windows that are transmitting the cold (not a draft/air leak) I replaced the brush seal on the bottom and sides the sliding door with zipper brush seal (had to get it from US), the lock side frame I put in Stormguard Jumbo Rubber Foam Weatherstrip think i used 12mm x 19mm where the sliding door goes into the frame
