Online CV writing companies - What are my consumer rights?

Hi, I recently lost my job and am setting up on my own. However, I did find an offer on a business site I joined to have a CV review (which I did). I then went ahead and paid for a re-write service (I know, I know) but what I have had back is simply unacceptable. Poor formatting, incorrect grammar, the use of past and present tense in the same paragraph to name but a few. I pointed this all out and it still hasn't been resolved (again I have written to them on this point). Does anyone know if I have any consumer rights on this type of "digital" product?
Thanks in advance for any help.
