    I did.....  used the online chat, got a lot of copy/paste comments come my way.....
    The only thing the guy told me was that if you have a CCJ, you can chased forever with fee's added each time...
    Which doesnt sound right....    I havent been chased yet anyway, so worst case scenario, i would just pay the £266 to make them go away...   i am just more curious now how it all works :)

    Why not. A debt is a debt. The creditor has a right to enforce the CCJ however long it takes to be paid off. Otherwise the system would be abused.
