Anyone else got travel insurance with this company? I’ve tried calling them numerous times over the past week and their phonelines are dead. The policy is underwritten by AXA but on calling AXA they can’t view my policy details and can’t confirm if my policy is still valid (they know nothing of Coverwise going out of business).
I’m due to fly to New Zealand in three weeks and not sure if I need to buy a new policy. Anyone able to help!??!
