supplier changed without permission

for the second time my supplier has been changed from british gas to another supplier without my permission.l now have british gas and see trying to charge me for my supply

Scant detail, but it seems that you are a victim of an "Erroneous Transfer"

These happen when some other customer wants to Switch suppliers, but they give incorrect details of their meter/address, or the data gets scrambled somehow in the system

The rule is that you should be returned to your original supplier and should not suffer any financial loss

WRITE a common letter to SEE & BG, pointing out this Switch is an Erroneous Transfer that they must sort out

Hmmm - You can Twitter it and Facebook it as much as you like, but jut one  letter establishes an undeniable paper trail that has legal weight
