Scant detail, but it seems that you are a victim of an "Erroneous Transfer"These happen when some other customer wants to Switch suppliers, but they give incorrect details of their meter/address, or the data gets scrambled somehow in the systemThe rule is that you should be returned to your original supplier and should not suffer any financial lossWRITE a common letter to SEE & BG, pointing out this Switch is an Erroneous Transfer that they must sort out1
