Best estate agents

Hi everyone
So we are going to see a mortgage advisor this week. We have had our house valued with purple bricks but I was wondering, who is best? Is there any one we should definitely be avoiding?
Thank you

Do not use PB, too many members have complained about them.

You want an EA who has potential buyers on their books, are able to accurately market your property, take decent photos, someone you feel comfortable speaking with and is realistic in what they are able to achieve for your house.

Have a look at properties sold in a five mile radius, see how long they were on the market for, whether they had the price reduced and who the EA was.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
  • Very helpful! Thank you both 😊

I'd read through all the threads on purple bricks and take it from there.
