Travel Insurance query

I have booked a holiday to Disney world in Florida over Easter and am concerned that my insurance won't cover a specific event.
Speaking to my insurance company if the flights to Florida are on but the Disney parks are closed then I won't be covered since I will still be able to fly there and stay at the hotel. My travel agent also unlikely Doesto cover this since both flight and hotel (which I have booked with them) would both be operative. Does anyone know of a policy that would cover such an eventuality?

I know of no travel insurance policy which offers the specific cover you seek.0
