I did not get any help from Hermes and could only contact them through web chat which was next to useless.
However, (of no help to you sadly) I have good news about my sent parcel. The customer did not answer my message at the beginning but thankfully left me feedback of the said parcel meaning it had been delivered???
On Hermes website it is still showing as "wait 24 hours to re-attempt delivery" as it did back in the first week.0
