Holiday Shoppy/Refresh Holidays/Cheap Cost Holidays

Hi guys!

I made a post on here last week about being refused a full refund from Holiday Shoppy after Thomas Cook went bust and their flights were part of a package sold to us by Holiday Shoppy. Someone replied giving more details on the company. I already knew they traded under several names as we have had correspondence in regards to our holiday not only from Holiday Shoppy but also Refresh Holidays and our ATOL holder is Cheap Cost Holidays.

After trawling through the internet, I have found multiple people in the same boat as me. I have reached out and explained the situation to them in an attempt to help them get their money back too. Despite this, the company is not replying to my emails or letters so it is looking like I will be taking them to small claims court. Could anybody give any advice on this? Most importantly, is there a way for all of us people affected in the same way to group up against the company to get our money back? 

At this point, yes I care about getting my own money back. But I am so so aware of other people falling for the company’s line of ‘We can only refund your flights’ and really want to make sure every single entitled person gets their money back.
