I expect the heroic regulars on here are co-ordinating a push to CCs,  to stop this systematic abuse? It is indeed a massive waste of court time as well as being illegal.  I've never needed to ask for help on this board but love reading it, because it shows what can be done by a few right-thinking people against abuse.  If this high level operation is underway and I can help, do please  let me know. Should the likes of Gladstones be worried ?????     I would say YES, they should be very worried and it's possible that they will have to repay all the monies they have taken for their scam claims.
I would not want to be the director of this scam .....

Massive Congratulations!

I won a case against the DVLA for breach of GDPR.  I email the DVLA/ICO every day to remind them of their Failure to Act in respect of all other victims!

I discovered that Will Hurley Ltd acquired all the shares of IPC (United Trade and Industry Ltd) in 2018.  Companies House state that a company with a share capital cannot have no shares in issue.  My question to the DVLA/ICO was, does Will Hurley Ltd have accredited trade association status?  Has there been a breach of GDPR on a massive scale?  Stephanie Jones in the Legal Department and Ian Mason in Complaints no longer respond to my messages.   The ICO is investigating my complaint and has been for months.  I may yet service a summons on the ICO! Meanwhile other victims will potentially have a case against the DVLA (sorry to all taxpayers).  I am hoping that the DVLA will realise that it spends more time on complaints than the £2.50 it receives and it cannot be value for money in respect of taxpayers who fund it. 

Please please please (and only after resolving your case with the amazing assistance from the regulars) report your complaints of releasing your private address to a parking scam company and the harassment and anxiety that follows.  You will get the standard response from DVLA – accredited trade association, reasonable cause, implied consent given on your V5C.  Take no notice of that. 

 Every single complaint will make a difference.   It does not have to give all the details, just a basic summary.

You may think it a waste of time but eventually I will request the number of complaints received by the DVLA and SRA and go to the national press. 

I do not mention BPA because I have had no dealings with it.

The DVLA know full well of the scam and my question has always been what money is passed and to whom.

This does need full investigation by a non bias person such as the Daily Mail.  But I see no reason not to ask Boris Johnson why his government allows such a scam to operate ????    loaded question
