Replacement Boiler Quote

I would appreciate any views on this quotation please.

The boiler is located in the loft of a bungalow. Due to legislation, a pull down ladder, flooring between the hatch and the boiler and a light also need to be fitted. There is only LPG at the property. The property is in Cambridgeshire.

• Draining and flushing the heating system using Adey MC3 solution and a Magnacleanse flushing unit.

• Disconnecting and removing the existing boiler and flue.

• Supplying and fitting a Vaillant Ecotec Plus 832 LPG combination boiler with a standard flue and adapting the pipework to suit.

• Supplying and fitting a Honeywell T4R, wireless, programmable room thermostat in place of the existing, to provide overall system control.

• Supplying and fitting a 600mm side x 25mm deep chipboard flooring in the loft to provide a walkway to the boiler.

• Supplying and fitting an aluminium pull down fixed ladder for loft access and a switch and light over the boiler and walkway.

• Refilling the heating system, adding Adey MC1 corrosion proofer and testing.

The price is £3,950 inc VAT.
