I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

How old is it, even the best "anti mould" silicone will eventually succumb over time, particularly if you don't keep up with cleaning it properly. You could try some HG Mould Spray, from most diy stores. It'll pretty much shift anything however if that fails then the only real solution is to remove the sealant and start again. Best products in my opinion are Dow 785 and Everbuild 500.2

HG Mould Spray (try and get the foam version) works well if you leave it on for much longer than the instructions suggest. You may need multiple applications over time.

Keep going, it could take several days. Look on it as a project!

Unfortunately even the best sealant only lasts a couple of years, especially if the mould gets established it will break the seal and leak. The only mould cleaner i have found actually works is the cillit bang mould remover

May sound like a strange approach but I saw an online article where a woman took her sealant from black (with mould) back to white in 24 hours. She laid toilet paper over the mould and poured on cheap household bleach. Left it for 24 hours and came back and mould had gone.....
I tried it and on our bath and replicated her results. Wife was convinced I had stripped and resealed the bath but i hadnt.
Took ten minutes and cost less than a pound.2 -

Ours is a very thin bead, not much wider than a matchstick and it has been perfect since day one.2 -
Another vote for HG foam. Do not get on your clothes and wash it off your hands.1
