Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in both the UK.
Your prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 300 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.
You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Costa Coffee experience is based on 2 people and includes a guided tour of the Costa Roastery with a coffee expert, taste testing experience, latte masterclass from expert barista and a Costa drink with a slice of cake per person. Winner’s must be over the age of 18 years old. The tour runs on the last Friday of each month. Dates may vary due to bank/public holidays. All bookings are subject to availability. Experience will last for approximately 3.5 hours.
Your spa experience at The Orsett Hall Hotel & Spa is based on 2 people. Experience includes use of spa facilities & relaxation room between 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm and winner’s choice of 25-minute treatments, options include back massage, facial or body wrap. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
