COT 3

I have agreed a cot 3 payment through my union talking to my ex employer. How long do I need to wait on the letter I need to sign then how long before I get that payment?

Can't answer your first question but as to how long payment will take is in the hands of your former employer. Most decent organisations will pay promptly but sometimes you hear of people having to chase repeatedly or even take legal action.0

I'm the same waiting for mine. It was on my COT 3 that it should be paid within 7 - 21 days. I'm not hopeful of getting it before the 21st day. I had my COT 3 done by my solicitor and everything has been agreed and signed, just a waiting game now. Though I am a bit worried because of how things are going in the world at the moment.
