I know that VM have had a lot of stick on here ... but so far I have been pleased with them.
Had ordered £ 3 for £ 30 to be installed next week. V+ box £ 150.00 less £ 30.00 for booking online which would show on my first bill.
Checked internet on Monday and they were advertising V+ box for half price £ 75.00 !! Called customer services and asked if I could get it for that since I had not had installation yet, or I would like to cancel and reapply so that I could get the offer. CS advised if I cancelled and reapplied I may lose my installation date, therefore they would refund my card the £ 75.00.
