Hi there am new to this. Stressed with my new energy supplier. Had a guy at my door saying company was great save money etc. Sounded great. Got our prepayment gas and electric cards and topped up, our smart meter is being installed on Wednesday. The amount of gas and electricity we have went through is a joke. And I just looked thru reviews and every one is bad. I've ran out of gas twice in a week. I received my gas card couple weeks ago. Can I just go back to my old company before they install the smart meter. Thanks guys x

Lesson learnt. A salesperson will tell you what they want you to hear, not what you need to hear.
If they turn up tomorrow, refuse to let them change your meter.
