Rejection from EuroPark and B&Q refuse to help get the parking notice cancelled

I've followed the NEWBIES thread as far sending my formal message to EuroParks. They have replied and rejected the appeal.
I've also tried to follow up with B&Q and they've said they won't help us get the PCN cancelled. I will continue to pursue this avenue.
It wasn't clear to me, but IIUC, the next step is to wait for court?

You do not appear to have read the stickies, you have missed out the appeal to POPA/IAS.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

Which stickies would you recommend I read?

This was an in-the-mail PCN (no windscreen ticket) so I followed these instructions:
Postal PCN from a BPA or IPC member ? (i.e. with no mention of any windscreen ticket):
A postal PCN or NTK might be headed up 'Reminder' or 'Charge Notice' or it may even be a letter from a debt collector - it is your Notice to Keeper, in effect, if it's the first letter to arrive. No need to wait, appeal online as registered keeper (or as ''hirer/lessee'' if that's the case, see * below re lease/hire cars).

I'm really confused what the process is - do I have to submit a POPLA/IAS - it says that IAS is pointless and not to bother. The instructions say:

DON'T TRY IAS & PLEASE DON'T POST ASKING FOR YOUR 'NEXT STEP'. NONE, TILL COURT.
Did you get a POPLA code?

Yes, I've got a unique POPLA verification code

So now go to the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, third post, where it advises on constructing a potent POPLA appeal. Let us see it for critique (if any of the small number of regular advisers is available) before submitting to POPLA.

In addition, read the POPLA Decisions sticky, starting from the end, rather than the beginning, to get the 'hang' of what/how POPLA are reacting to currently.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Then with a popla code you construct and submit a popla appeal , not missing the deadline

Read the Newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , third thread down
