Have both a help-to-buy ISA and Lifetime ISA open at the same time?

Hi All,
My partner and I are looking to buy a property in the next few years.
I have a help to buy ISA (which i have had for a while) and my partner has a lifetime ISA. Ideally, we want to buy out of London and and are looking to buy a property approx £450k - for me (with the help to buy ISA) poses a problem given the house limit allowance is smaller than the lifetime. Therefore, I am looking to open a Lifetime ISA and I am stuck on the following points -
1. Can I convert my help to buy ISA into a Lifetime ISA?
Ideally, I would like to do following if possible:
2. Can i have a Lifetime ISA and Help to Buy ISA open at the same time. I will only plan to put money into the lifetime ISA going forward but can i still have the help to buy ISA open even though i will not use it for a property purchase?
3. I have been paying into my help-to -buy ISA for the this tax year. If i were to open a Lifetime ISA could i pay in the max of £4,000 into this now (i.e. before April 6 2020) and claim the bonus for this tax year still?
Grateful for your input!
Thanks
