Not for a (presumably) man's view on why women in general have breast enhancements.
Not for analysis on which group of men prefer large or small breasts.

I had always wondered why so many women wanted breast implants so I asked a female plastic surgeon in the industry for her opinion. I have never met a man who has openly said he was interested. Men love attractive women. If you google the attractive women that men love very few have large breasts.
    Random statement Fred..😂

You are just saying the same things.
Who is this 'female plastic surgeon' whose opinion you keep quoting?
Just because you have never met a man 'who who has openly said he was interested', it doesn't mean they are in the majority.
I note that you are still unwilling/unable to provide a link to the 'research' you say proves your comments.

It's a pity you didn't leave your original advice at this:

The 2 replies so far illustrate a fundamental problem with breast implants. Removal of skin and fat is fine as long as it heals well. Putting 2 bags of bathroom sealant in your chest is a totally different scenario.
    Please don't do it.

as the OP may have taken some notice.

It's important when you are having a major operation to define exactly why you want it. There may be other options. You can get larger breasts by sitting on your bottom all day and stuffing your face with burgers.

It is not necessary for the OP to define why she wants breast enhancement to other posters on this forum.
It really is no business of anyone else but her.
It may be that she will undergo some form of counselling (although I doubt it) prior to the procedure.

She has asked for recommendations from people who have had surgery abroad.
Nobody else's business why she wants to go down that route.

I don't think there is any problem giving good advice to people on the forum. She says she is worried about something going wrong. Wherever you have the operation it is something going wrong. It is a lifetime of surgery. The clinics will never tell the truth. They are in it for the money.

It's always useful when you back good advice up with links to the allegations you make so that people asking for advice can make their own minds up instead of taking the word of some random stranger on t'interweb.

Are you really saying that every breast enhancement goes wrong?

How old are the women getting breast implants? How long do implants last? It's not rocket science.

So are you really saying that all breast enhancements/implants go wrong?
That's a pretty serious allegation and really needs something to back it up.

I would guess that there is a wide age range of women getting implants.

I don't know how long implants last. Do you?
    However, a quick Google suggests:

    How long breast implants last

Breast implants do not last a lifetime. It's likely they'll need to be replaced at some point.

Some women may need further surgery after about 10 years, either because of problems with the implants or because their breasts have changed around the implants.

Are your 2 questions relevant to the question asked by the OP?

The younger she is the more operations she is likely to need. If she is worried about cost she needs to know that she may need to pay for further operations. They don't normally come with a warranty.

Isn't asking for medical procedure recommendations against the T&Cs for MSE?
And this kind of thread also tends to become a spam magnet IME.
