Penalty Charge Notice from Transport for London with Fuzzy pictures

Hi
I was wondering if I can appeal a Penalty Charge Notice from Tfl for a contravention 46: Stopped where prohibited (on a red route or clearway)
I received the letter through the post with pictures from a CCTV attached as evidence.
The thing is on closer inspection of the images the red box the car was parked in isn't visible as it was dark so the images just look like the car is parked on an unmarked road. Can I use this lack of clarity to appeal this and say this evidence isn't clear enough and won't hold up in court?

I have attached the images so you can see for yourself but from those images you wouldn't be able to tell that the car is parked in a red route area so I'm wondering how strong their case is. If I were to appeal how would I word my appeal. Thanks

I would suggest that you take this over to pepipoo fightback forums using a non Hotmail email address0

You can log in (or ask TFL) to view the actual moving footage. The PCN tells you about that right.
Most TFL ones seen on pepipoo are able to be cancelled. Yes - MOST.
Maybe the red route bay wasn't in operation? I got my niece off one a year or so ago, where the camera operator got so excited filming her (she is rather lovely) in a red route bay that had certain enforcement hours, that they failed to film the sign to prove the hours of operation of that bay...hahaha!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
