Guess it's not clear that, I dont know about OP, but I certainly wouldnt be expecting any travel company to pay out if there was a ban on travel (and resultant extra costs). I know I personally would be looking at the body that imposed the ban - and that means the Government. They would be the ones that had created the costs and so....
