I have a poor credit file which I’m trying to improve. A lot of my debts were passed onto LOWELL and I have agreed repayments with them and have been making the payments for the last 6 months however when I view my credit file these payments are not showing and each account continues to show as defaulted each month, why is that?

Because you defaulted on the account.
The payments should appear though, alongside the monthly default.0
