Core group should have WHD automatically.paid into.their online account by the end of this month less VAT of course. Broader group I've no idea my friend.
Just checked for you:
The rebate will be applied to qualifying Broader Group applicant's electricity account by 31st March 2020. It will appear in the Other Charges section of your bill. . If you have a prepayment meter, you will receive a barcoded voucher to the value of £140.
