Covid-19 self-quarantine

Hello All,
I booked a holiday with British Airways, twin centre Singapore & Thailand. The issue is that Thailand has been recently announcing that they may require arrivals from Singapore to self-quarantine. Obviously it would be a major disruption to our holiday but it seems British Airways refusing to refund or change flight for people with similar issues.
Do you know where my rights are here? It seems pointless to go on holiday if we will be self-quarantined. But British Airways says it's us who is "choosing" not to travel therefore no refund is due.
It is just to stressful.

there are lots of things that "may" happen in the future but everything is pretty much day by day at the moment
If the flights are operating and no FCO guidance in place then any changes will be as per the fare rules
I would expect IF there are changes that would impact your vacation they would treat it in the same way as the US restrictions and they will "discuss your travel options and provide guidance"

Yes, thanks for replying , I know if keeps changing but it's so exhausting to keep up to date with all what's going on.
I was wondering whether the fact I bought a "package" with British Airways makes any difference to anything at all.

As of yesterday, according to the Thai Ministry of Public Health, Singapore is on the list of countries from which arriving travelers ares strongly recommended to “self-quarantine” at home or residence for 14 days. It is not among the countries from which arriving travelers will face legal implications if they do not "self quarantine".
Although such directives from the MoPH can (and do) change at any time, at the moment arrivals from Singapore are not strictly required to "self quarantine", thus disrupting a package holiday, so British Airways are presumably not technically wrong to state that it would be yourselves who are choosing not to travel.
