Just to add each year you’ll have a review, this might entail a phone callReading your other posts the only concern would seem to be the car and the bankruptcy fee. Unless there anything else I really don’t see why an IVA is a good option for you
An IVA can fail, it generally lasts for 5-6 years instead of 3. It’s generally only worth while if your career would be adverse affected or you own your own home0 -
It might sound stupid but it genuinely is all about the car, more to do with the fact i don't want people to know I've gone be again.0

It’s possible for someone else to buy out the ORs interest in the car (for its value less £1000), assuming your allowed a car at all0
