First time buyer

Hello, was wondering if I could ask for some advice. I’m currently saving up for a mortgage, finding it hard with the house prices being so high in this part of the country (Bournemouth and Poole area) so need a larger deposit, is there any help for a first timer buyer, I’m 30 years old still living at home and it’s almost impossible to be able to get a mortgage. My partner is not a first time buyer would this effect me if we decided to buy a property together. Just wondered if anyone knew of any help I could apply for, I know the government had a scheme in place for first time buyers but unsure if that’s ended or if I’m eligible
thank you
