I changed my payment date last month and noticed I've been charged an additional £17 which Sky billing department say is normal and will not be refunded. I havn't paid any less in any month.
Am I the only one who thinks this is ludicrous? Or is this normal practice?

Can you check your future bills for your account and it should go back to what you were paying before the date change.

That's normal. It tells you that when you go to change the billing date.

That's normal. It tells you that when you go to change the billing date. All you're doing is changing the date the debit goes out. That's it.If you'd read the first page on the screen when you go to change your date, it says "Your next bill may be higher or lower due to changing your payment due date". So you pick a date, it is higher because the date for the next bill would be later in the month, so the extra payment will cover the days in question.Simple as.2
