findmypast credit query

hi,
I have a pay as you go setup with findmypast which gives me credits. If i dont use those credits over 90 days then i lose them. the only way to keep them is to pay for more credits. Over time i have amassed more than 5000 credits as i have not used the facilities due to various reasons.
I wish i could suspend my account so i can keep my considerable credits for future use, but i dont think i can. all i seem to be doing is paying every 90 days to top up my credits, which i did as i dont want to waste all that money spent, so i am adding to the problem every 90 days. Can anyone see a way of resolving this?
I would like a reimbursement of say 4000 credits as i cant see me using that much. I think its a crazy setup to keep your credits by adding to them. Can findmypast have a 'suspend my account until further notice' feature?
Thanks anyone

What's the point of continuing to buy credits, not use them, then complain that you haven't spent them? Why not cancel your subscription now, then renew it when (and if) you have the time to actually use the credits? You say that you don't want to waste the money spent, but that's precisely what YOU are doing. Their terms and conditions are clear - there will be no refund. Take matters into your own hands and cancel now.
