Standing concert tickets

I purchased some sterophonics tickets sept 2019 for manacher arena in march. They were soon posted to me . In the mean time I have moved house and have lost these tickets along the way. I have phoned ticket master asking for replacements and they have said. Because they are herbal admission tickets I can not have a refund. It's my fault I lost them. I know accidents happened but I thought this was a bit harsh. So i tried to claim from my bank they said no. Then I phoned my home insurance and they said no. So I have an email stating I purchased tickets but now I cant go and will loose £107 because I dont have any tickets to go. Does anyone else know what I can do ?
