Totally money/Trans Union - Can't find me, and other issues!

About to start looking at mortgages and thought I would get my reports from the big 3 to show what kind of state I'm in and to say I am confused is an understatement! Long and short was in a DMP up until 2014 when they refused a lower offer of repayment due to going on to SMP. Post natal depression/head in sand it defaulted.
Trying to get self sorted. Been on:
Clearscore: Score of 448. (on good ground) Says I have nothing in default and lots of positives.
An account (Lloyd's TSB) included in the DMP is showing as closed and shows "late payment" from April 2014 and missed payment from Dec 2014. There was another MBNA included in the DMP. No mention whatsoever.
Experian: Score of 700. (poor) was fair when mortgage broker checked it Full but its updated with a Simply Be account opened (in November and now paid off). This account opening is the only "negative impact" on my report. Nowhere does it mention the Lloyd's TSB Or MBNA defaults.
Trans Union: Logged on to Totally Money for Trans Union report and they couldn't find me! Asked me to check all my details to see if they are correct and they are.
I know that different lenders use different CRA's.
I googled the DMP people to get in contact with them to find out who they gave the debts back to but they have declared insolvency! There are no debt collection agencies listed as making searches on me. I'm flummoxed. Don't know where to turn to next!
Any advice would be gratefully received!

You said TotallyMoney rejected your subscription. Have you tried CreditKarma for access to your TransUnion file?
Are you paying close attention to the data held within your Equifax and Experian files? You need to check all sections...
I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Haven't tried Credit Karma so will do thankyou. There is absolutely no trace of it whatsoever on my Experian file. 2 mortgage brokers have been through it and they are as perplexed as me!! Haven't got full equifax at the moment just the clearscore one that DOES mention the Lloyd's but as closed and no defaults. Neither mention the MBNA one 🤷♀️Willing2Learn said:You said TotallyMoney rejected your subscription. Have you tried CreditKarma for access to your TransUnion file?
