Money left in old account after switch.

I have just switched from First Direct to Natwest. I checked my FD account in the app and about £12 was not transferred. I can no longer move money from the account in the app.
Should I wait until the FD account is fully closed (such that I can no longer login)?

If you've done a full CASS switch then your old account should be closed - to me it sounds like the switch process hasn't actually completed yet, or you have elected for a partial switch. If the money still hasn't transferred over after your old account gets closed then you'll need to get in touch with your new bank to get it sorted.0
