Shop Airlines Europe B.V.?

Hi, does anyone have experience selling to Shop Airlines Europe B.V.? They've bought an item of mine but their reputation seems a bit dodgy... Would like some advice before proceeding with the sale, thanks.

They are just a third party shipper , they handle export where the seller doesn’t usually ship to the country in question. There are several such services and shouldn’t be a concern.

For INR claims you only have to prove delivery to the UK hub they give in paypal. For a SNAD claim you are only responsible for any UK return postage, so if an overseas customer tries to return anything they will have to stump up the overseas element. 

Just wrap and ship as normal, if they ask for any identifying numbers or codes on the packaging then just add them.

Yes I don't normally send abroad but have a Japanese guy who buys from me via Shop Airlines, all OK.
