DVLA
I applied for my first provisional licence today 05/03/2020. However by the time I had authorised payment I had been timed out so I started it all again thinking that original payment would be cancelled, after I had completed it 2nd time round and authorised payment again I notice I had been charged £68 rather than £34. I do expect a refund from them and I will be contacting them tomorrow. How easy is it to get this £34 back from them as I really don't want to be chasing back and forth.

It should be easy. Contact DVLA and/or your bank. No-one one here can do better.0
