                    Hi everyone.
We want to purchase our parents home from them via a mortgage and they also want to buy ours. Both selling at market value. Parents will be buying ours cash from the proceeds of the sale of theirs which we are purchasing.
Does anyone know of any legal or mortgage problems with this sort of set up?

            Should be straightforward. It's not really that different from any other chain, except for the circularity.
 A -> B -> C -> D
 A -> B -> A
