Supplying and erecting tower scaffold to allow safe access to working area.
Removing existing rooflight from front elevation and clearing away from site.
Supplying and fixing new top hung Velux MK04 rooflight with white painted finish, including flashing unit.
Reinstate removed slates onto existing battens allowing to make any shortfall.
All in accordance with recommended fixing practices.
For the sum of £1,625.00 + VAT @ 20%.
