Management Co dissolved

Im buying a one year old house. The management co have dissolved and no one appears to have taken over. Its a private shared access to parking. Lighting of that area, thats about it. No trees or grass to maintain.
The solicitor said the transfer doc says any purchaser should be joined as a director with £1 share
obviously that cant happen now - so she is seeking an indemnity ( what would the indemnity indemnify ? )
Ive asked questions and just waiting for her reply, but thought Id ask here for any more info or tips ?
As there is no management co anymore, I presume no one does any common parts repair - not that there is much to repair
Im guessing no one collects maintenance charges either
btw - the estate comprises of 9 freehold houses

This was nearly identical to my old house. New build culdesac with a management company when we all bought. That dissolved after a few years and no one seemed to mind. There had been nothing needing to be done to the private culdesac in the 9 years I was there. When my buyers bought they got an indemnity for it, think it cost me a couple of hundred £ for it. I don't actually know what that covers though.
I was aware it could put some buyers off but fortunately it didn't0
