Student Credit Card

So,
I am a student in my final year as was hoping to get a credit card just to start building my credit score. After having a look at a few, Aqua seemed a good choice but i still wanted to get a better understanding. For example, if i was to pay a months rent using the credit card (£400), would i be able to pay off the full amount around mid April, or would i have to keep paying the monthly agreed amount.
Thank you & apologies if this is a stupid question!

Does your landlord accept credit cards?

You need to clear if in full each month to avoid interest.

If you can't, avoid it, as it's not the sort of history you want to build.
