    Called them, spoke to a female called Ash in Customer Services, asked for all my details to be removed and ironically a letter to confirm this.
    She is going to look into who knocked at my door and agreed the "darling" comment was out of line.

    See what happens I guess, I don't have much confidence that they will remove me from their systems

    Unfortunately that doesn't stop the piles of unaddressed advertising we get shoved thru our letter box a couple of times a week. That's excluded from "junk mail" as far as the Royal Mail are concerned!! Also nothing stops religious zealots or takeaway menu posters or charity bags or...……….other than maybe a big dog!

    Yes, it's the unaddressed leaflets that I was referring to rather than actual 'junk mail' delivered letters which I get very few of. It's completely out of control.
