My Hermes - how to contact - impossbile

I have been trying for 3 days to get through to someone but it is impossible.
I cannot get past the bot, which is supposed to help but does not.

Is there any way I can talk to someone at My Hermes? I have a problem, they over-charged me but I cannot find any  way to resolve this.

Did they take more money than you initially agreed?
If so, contact your card issuer (assuming that you paid on plastic) and request a chargeback for an unauthorised payment.
I'm sure that once you do this, Hermes will try to contact you fairly quickly.

Don't put in your tracking number.  It will then ask for a delivery postcode and put you through to a human.

Last time I had reason to argue with them over over-charging, emails were exchanged from "myhermes@mailgb.custhelp.com" if that's any use to you -- likely not, if Hermes are on the other end

that is what it used to do, now it goes in a loop asking you for your tracking number again
