Capital Gain For Selling Property

I purchased my main residency home 14 years ago, i moved out around 2 years ago i rented out the property then purchased another home which is currently now my main residency home. My tennant is now moving out and I'm looking to sell the property. Does anyone know if i need to pay capital gain ? I have only rented out the property for 2 years. ? Thanks.

It's very unlikely, unless it's a very expensive house in a place wher house prices have soared since you bought it, but not possible to say without the full details. Try sticking some figures in here
