Vodafone - anyone had success in being able to handle a relative's account?

Options
Hi, my parents are in poor health and I need to help sort their money out.

Has anyone been able to have a relative email vodafone and state that a relative can act on their behalf?

If not, what was the easiest way you achieved this?

Many thanks for any help given.

Usual way is to phone the ISP and let the account holder speak to them / agree .

Thanks, unfortunately I live 100 miles away, so that could be hard!

You probably need a Power of Attorney, it's useful for all sorts of things.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

For Vodafone you can add an additional contact on the account online - there are some restrictions (for example you can't cancel), but I think you can manage most aspects of the account.
