Hello,
I was born in the UK in 2001, and I am a UK Passport holder. When I was about 2 I moved overseas where I have lived until the present-day apart from living in a British overseas territory for a year.
I live with a single parent, who is on a 2-year temporary renewable contract ( and has been throughout all my time overseas). I Understand that student finance England will evaluate loan eligibility case by case. Prooving that my stay overseas was of a temporary nature is of most importance. My question is: Although I lived overseas for most of my life will it still be possible to prove that my stay there was temporary and so that I was ordinarily resident 3 years prior to the start date of the course?
The evidence I believe I have, is as follows:

The evidence I believe I have, is as follows:
- My parent is on a temporary contract
- My Parents are UK nationals
- One of my parents and my sibling ( and the rest of my family) reside and work in the UK
- I have regularly visited the UK
- My family have maintained the family home for the period I spent overseas.
