Hi all, I was wondering if someone could shed some light on my situation, I have recently booked a package holiday, within this package I was able to use the facilities of another linked hotel that is on the beach, (my hotel is not on the beach) I have just been informed that the linked hotel is going to be closed for renovation and we cannot use this, ( our only access to the beach within our all inclusive package) the closure includes half of our alacartes and half of our pools,  renovation should have taken place on the 1st aug but they moved it to the 1st June which now disrupts my holiday, to me this is a big change if I am unable to use the beach or extra pools or alacartes, however my holiday provider wont compensate or wont place me in a different hotel without me coughing up the difference in price £900, what are my rights here? This is a 4k holiday already, and I'll lose 750 if I cancel due to this or will turn in to a 5k holiday to move hotels, can they do this ?
