I am sure others may disagree but you seem to have tried to pull the wool over eBay's eyes not once but twice. And you got caught.
Pay the bill, move on and recoup it another way.3 -
So you tried to do them out of the fees, but did it really incompetently, and now are complaining about it?

Useful advice: When you try to defraud large companies, anticipate that they probably have systems and processes in place to detect very obvious attempts.1
